In Javanese culture, Sengkolo is a negative entity that often haunts people, brings bad luck and brings disaster. On the first night of mourning, Sengkolo moved to target several wetons who were his prey. The original title was "Sengkolo: Pemandi Mayat". Just finished watching it in the Malaysian cinema, quite shocking that there are no reviews for the movie yet. I am crazy about horror movies. For me: The acting is spot on. I feel the family connection between them. Some of the supporting actors may need polishing, but overall pretty good. Ghost is really scary and realistic. Although there are many jump scare scenes, but it complements the movie. Yes2. A delightful scary movie.+ supporting actor in a cinema where everyone screams when a certain scene happens. If Indonesian horror movies keep getting better, I’m pretty sure they can go global. My best wishes from Malaysia.
